Happy Monday you all!

the major part of last week I tried my darndest to concentrate on a few projects which slowly are taking shape. Since the keyword seem to be s-l-o-w-l-y it might take a while before you get to see any results...But fear not gentle Them Elks visitors! Here's you get a small selection of pictures from a trip to St. Bartholomew Hospital Museum a couple of weeks ago. Hooray!

it's a very sweet little museum

wounded wooden men

and plenty of things marked poison

next door to the museum is the splendid Great Hall
with Hogarth's magnificent wall paintings

the lights were unfortunately broken in this cabinet
and item no.13 was too far back to take any pictures
take my word for it -you wouldn't want to try them out

however, item no.10 was a little further the front:

yes

thank you for this. What a great way to start the week. Comforting too, the idea that these folks were ready for, and could 'Accommodate' anything/one that came their way! Here's to being prepared! :) And you have a lovely week as well.

Ha!! This was a fun visit with you and so funny as well. It reminds me: Must remember to use my poisons externally, it's so easy to forget.

ett riktigt rart litet museum med både det ena och det andra.

when skies are grey:
Internal is a NO-NO,
external is FINE... :)
